I still couldn't find any solution, did you got any resolution? No resolution have reported as a bug will add comment about https working that is good information.

Not able to share Apple bug report. If you file a bug report also that will help with priority. Looks like this issue is on iOS simulator and I tired with actual device it works fine.

Further debugging I found problem is about port on iOS simulator, https port works fine and I was using for http it used to fail. I tried using other port s and able to make http call on iOS simulator. Looks like bug in beta Xcode 6, need to wait for stable Xcode 6. Show 4 more comments.
